Fame is not my spur

Fame can be a spur to some writers, but not to me. I never wished for fame and fortune, only that my stories were read.

Most days I am in pain but days like today make the pain bearable, with the sun out and its warmth cheering my soul; the sound of birds on the air and the sight of butterflies and bees in the garden is a joy to behold.

Another thing that cheered me up was the comment last night that a reader in the USA had enjoyed my book (Aliyah).

With this page taking off, I am taking a back seat in the world of Disqus.
